Education & Experience

🐾 Graduated from National K-9 School for Dog Trainers in 1999 with certification in Professional Dog Training

🐾 Earned a BA in Behavioral Psychology from Pennsylvania State University

🐾 Began dog training career by raising 4-H pups for The Seeing Eye

🐾 Worked with exotic and wild animals at Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, including gorillas, orangutans, manatees, and small primates

🐾 Recognized by the American Kennel Club as a Canine Good Citizen® (CGC), ATT, and S.T.A.R. Puppy Program Evaluator

🐾 Certified Therapy Dog Evaluator for Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc. since 2013

🐾 Competed in AKC Obedience and earned titles with Golden Retrievers Bucky and Clancy

🐾 Authorized dog trainer and dog park presenter for the Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation

🐾 Previously involved in search and rescue training through the Greater Philadelphia Search and Rescue Team

🐾 Active speaker for local schools and clubs and regular attendee at professional seminars and conferences nationwide
